One library per brand,
per industry.

Scripts are grouped by the brand you send as and the industry you send to. Several brands or clients run from one workspace, and each keeps its own words.

Pick by brand, then industry

When you send, choose the brand and industry first. The scripts that fit sit together.

Name by channel and job

Connection note, follow-up message, email intro. A teammate should know what it is from the name.

Retire, do not pile up

When a script is replaced, delete the old one so nobody picks it by mistake.

Three variables.
Spelt exactly.

A variable is a placeholder. VooReach swaps it for the contact's own value when the preview renders.

Anatomy of a scriptLinkedIn message
1Hi {{firstName}},
2I saw {{company}} runs its own dispatch desk, and books carriers by phone.
3I help freight teams keep bookings, carriers and paperwork in one place.
4Would a short call next week be useful?
5Pick any time that suits: {{booking_link}}

Same variables.
Three industries.

The variables stay the same. The reason for writing changes with the industry. Copy these as a starting point and rewrite the middle line in your own words.

LogisticsLinkedIn connection note

Hi {{firstName}}, I work with freight and fleet teams on how loads get booked and tracked. {{company}} came up while I was looking at operators in the region. Happy to connect.

What to notice

No link in a connection note. The ask comes later, once you are connected.

ManufacturingEmail intro

Hi {{firstName}}, I noticed {{company}} runs several production lines. I help plant managers see orders, stock and schedules in one view. If that is on your list this quarter, pick a time here: {{booking_link}}

What to notice

Email has room for one more sentence of context. The link closes it.

RecruitmentLinkedIn follow-up message

Thanks for connecting, {{firstName}}. I help agencies like {{company}} keep candidates and client roles out of spreadsheets. Worth fifteen minutes? {{booking_link}}

What to notice

A follow-up can be short. It builds on the connection, not a cold start.

Keep in every script

  • {{firstName}} in the greeting
  • One reason, one ask
  • {{booking_link}} when you ask for a call

Change per industry

  • The reason you are writing
  • The words that industry uses
  • The length, to suit the channel

Read the preview,
not the template.

A preview renders before anything sends. It shows the script with each contact's values filled in, which is what the prospect will actually read.
