A personal booking page, team event types, working hours and calendar sync, in the order you set them up.
Every user gets a public booking page. It lists the event types you offer, and a prospect picks one, then a day, then a slot.
Start with a single event type for first calls. Add more only when you actually run different kinds of meeting.
Round-robin
For teams. Each booking goes to one member of the group.
Collective
For teams. One booking, with every member of the group attending.
| Event type | Who takes the meeting | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Personal booking link | You | 1 on Free, unlimited on Standard |
| Round-robin | One member of a group | Standard |
| Collective | Every member of a group | Standard |
Set a range for each day of the week. Days do not have to match: a short Friday or a late Wednesday is just a different range.
Set hours in the time zone you work in. Check it before you share the link with prospects abroad.
Leave room for your own work. Working hours are the hours you will take meetings, not every hour you are at a desk.
An override changes a single date without touching the weekly pattern. Use one for holidays and travel.
Prospects only see slots that can actually be taken.
Each event type carries its own default duration, buffer and notice period, so a demo and a first call can behave differently.
How long the meeting is. Match it to what the call needs, not to a round number.
Time kept clear around a meeting, for notes or a break before the next one.
How far ahead a prospect has to book, so nobody lands in your next hour unannounced.
After that, every booking follows the same path. Nothing to copy across by hand.

It lands on the right calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook
A Google Meet or Teams link is attached
It shows in the VooReach calendar, next to the contact
Free includes 1 personal booking link. Standard adds unlimited links, with round-robin and collective event types.
