How to set up client workspaces, brands, scripts, senders and campaigns in VooReach when you run outreach for more than one business.
Clients sit in workspaces. A brand is the name you send as. Scripts sit in one library per brand, per industry, so several brands or clients run side by side without sharing words.
One workspace per client keeps each account apart. Several brands inside one workspace suits a client that sells under more than one name. Either way, scripts follow the brand and the industry.
A sender is the LinkedIn or email account a message goes out from. Sender accounts can be individual or team accounts, and each one is assigned per user.
| Sender account | Channel | Type | Assigned to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aisha Rahman | Individual | Aisha | |
| Aisha Rahman | Individual | Aisha | |
| Harbour Freight outreach | Team | Aisha, Tom | |
| Tom Okafor | Individual | Tom | |
| Kestrel Studio outreach | Team | Tom |
